Sports Day and Family Fun Day

Sports Day was a great success - the sun shone and the children were a credit to the School. The standard of competition was high, with all children competing in at least three events - the House relay, long jump, shot put or ball throw. The children were also able to enter 'Open Events' as well as compete for their House in 'House Events'.
The Inter-house Blackburn Cup was won narrowly by just 2 points by Keiths and Evie Baker Wilbraham equalled the School record in the 200m race. Medals were presented to the winners by Virginia Halliwell (Head Boy's mother) and Helen Walsh (Head Girl's mother).
Family Fun Day followed prize-giving and what an action-packed afternoon the children had. Activities ranged from a climbing wall to a human sized table football, from Clancy the Clown to bouncy castles. The sun continued to shine and the parents enjoyed tea and scones. Thank you to the TNPSC for all their hard work in organizing this event.
